Why do people use a video surveillance sticker anyway? Wouldn’t using a  video surveillance sticker  defeat the purpose of having a video surveillance system in the first place? Why announce the presence of such a system? These are all valid questions. We have to remember that on occasion, you would want to deter people from doing any sort of funny business in the first place. If surveillance systems were too well hidden, people might do all sorts of bad stuff under the impression that no one is watching. The use of a video surveillance sticker will tell people that someone is indeed watching and prevent incidents from ever happening.
