Buying from Office Depot VS Circuit City, etc. Are there Product differences?

I am wanting a certain Microsoft mouse.
Office Depot, Wal-Mart, Circuit City, New Egg sells it.
I am going to Office Depot tommorrow. Will buying a mouse from Office Depot differ from buying it from Circuit City or New Egg? What I mean is, do they secretly make lower quality version just for Office Depot and Wal Mart so they can sell it cheaper?
Also, are Office Depot items older that ones from CC or are they regularly stocked?

    No! They are all the same just different stores have them higher or cheaper. Circuit City will always be higher just as Best Buy because they have a 300% markup on all thier products, most retailers have a markup from 150% to 300%. I have been in retial management for more than 20 years.
